Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) – Subclass 186

This scheme is there which enables Australian employers to lawfully recruit highly skilled workers who are either from overseas or temporary residents based already in Australia on permanent visas.

There is an offshore visa, and an onshore visa, under Employer Nomination Scheme.

• To meet the criteria of the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), an eligible job must;
• Be available for a minimum of three years;
• Be full-time;
• It should be a highly skilled occupation found on the Employer Nomination Scheme Occupation List, and meet the minimum salary level for ENS.

There will be a requirement for a sponsor of this visa. Your family may live, work and study in Australia permanently If you hold this visa, and additionally also be eligible for Australian citizenship.
